One of the world leaders in the manufacture of electronics and home appliances, opens a competition for a HA Sales Manager Requirements : Sales experience : more than 3 years in Sales Education - University Degree in Business admin, Economics, Marketing or related field High level of technical skills (Excel, PPT knowledge) Analytics skills (GFK or etc) English - the intermediate or upper intermediate level Perfect people communication and interpersonal skills (negotiation) Personal qualities responsible, proactive approach, result-oriented, team work R&R's : PM functions : Development of Product Strategy on Ukrainian market Development of Channel strategy Development of Price strategy by Channel, Partner Responsible for PRM development and implementation with Marketing and KAM teams based on Company’s KPIs including profitability Development of Product marketing and promo strategy Develops Product sales plan based on Company’s KPIs, targets and market size expectations (quarterly, yearly) Product demand forecasting based on Company’s KPIs and targets Prepares trade terms and conditions by channels Analyzes product market trends and Competitors actions, develops counter actions plan KAM functions : Responsible for development of LG business with Federal Chains Full-cycle relationship management between business and clients Prepares and agrees with customers trade terms and conditions with further control of their fulfillment Agrees targets with customers based on Company KPIs (sales targets, IHS, Display Share, WOS) PSI management : product, channel, customers Develops and agrees with customers Product Matrix based on Company Targets Ensures regular Order forecasting based on Company sales targets, Customer’s supply planning, WOS and seasonal market trends Agrees sell out promo activities with Customers aimed at balancing customer’s stock and achieving company’s KPIs (IHS, MS, WOS).
