Infopulse is inviting talented professionals to join our project as a SAP Business Analyst.
Minimum 5-year experience in product lifecycle management, including design, implementation, build / configuration and support in SAP ERP environment Extensive SAP ERP Order to Cash knowledge;
proven track record of project implementation of SAP SD module is a requirement; knowledge of extension modules such as customer service and warranty management would be an advantageExperience of planning, designing, implementing and testing end-to-end solutions in an international environmentGood product-based domain knowledge (e-commerce, product lifecycle, sales, logistics and aftermarket serviceIntegration scenarios experience (SAP to non-SAP) using interfaces such as IDocs, RFC, SOAP, REST, etc.
Ability to carry out tasks independently with minimum supervisionStrong project management skills, ideally in both waterfall and agile methodologiesStrong knowledge of requirements documentation tools and processes (user stories, use cases, etc.)
Good command of English
Ability to understand business context and processes
Strong analytical agility and ability to switch effortlessly between business and technical terminology
Good skills of explaining technical information to non-technical peopl
Ability to cooperate in an international team (the majority of team members are based in Kuala Lumpur) and good interpersonal skills

Areas of Responsibility
Gathering requirements from business stakeholders, cooperating with stakeholders and development team to prioritize initiatives and build product road maps
Establishing, documenting and maturing agile product owner discipline, tools and processes
Performing product validations to ensure that deployed software meets defined acceptance criteria and overall stakeholder expectations
Being responsible for customizing SAP and non-SAP systems in the team solution portfolio based on the value / impact which will be created
Providing general support for assigned product, managing the most complex system problems, prompting stakeholders and technical staff to perform effective root-cause analysis.
