500 million! That is how many patients we reach with our products every year, improving their lives. It is our aim to expand this to more than 1 billion with your help and contribution as a Sales Excellence Head in our team.

You will have an excellent opportunity to drive the transformation of Sandoz Ukraine to an innovative and market-driven company!

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Act as a business advisor / consultant to Country Head and Business Units (BUs)
  • Identification of unmet needs and translating them into business strategies
  • Development of customer (HCP + Pharmacies) segmentation & targeting models
  • Development of Go to Market model reflecting BUs priorities to ensure optimal resource allocation; work in close cooperation with BUs
  • Development of incentive systems, managing of target setting process working closely with BU Heads & ensuring consistency with overall company principles
  • Development of effective call structure
  • Setup of KPI systems measuring quantity and quality of Field Force (FF) operations
  • Ongoing identification of opportunities to improve efficiency of FF operations, develop actionable tools, implement in cooperation with BU Heads
  • Lead functional training agenda for FF; be accountable for organizational capabilities with focus on (but not exclusively) FF
  • Measure customer experience and incorporate feedback into internal development process
  • Ensure effective operation of CRM systems and other support tools
  • Provide effective sales analytics and performance management data to facilitate planning, evaluation and efficiency improvement for FF
  • Manage budgets for research & analytics
  • Manage, develop and engage direct reports : analysts and trainers
  • Minimum requirements

    What you will bring to the role :

  • A combination of commercial / sales excellence (sales operations) and business experience of managing field sales organization at mid-senior level (manager of managers)
  • Strong background in systems, data management, CRMs, project management
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure a structured and appropriate data-driven decisions
  • In-depth understanding of the market, stakeholders and customers
  • Broad business acumen and credibility, ability to communicate at equal level with Leadership Team
  • Advanced English
