Requirements :

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Fluent level of Russian
  • Previous work experience in customer service or technical support
  • Not less then 1 year experience in administrative or billing support with strong attentions to details
  • Financial education or the desire to work with numbers
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience in communicating with native speakers
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Attention to details
  • Working with USA schedule (4 p.m. 1 a.m.)
  • Responsibilities :

  • Phone communication regarding billing questions
  • Ensure customers’ satisfaction
  • Working with CRM system
  • Schedule appointments with customers
