A day in the life of...
Accurately and timely respond to customer inquiries;
Provide required information using available resources;
Follow up calls where necessary;
Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes / errors and problem solving;
Ensure the availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestlé Best Practices.
What will make you successful
University degree either in Economics / Accountancy / International relations / Philology;
Good analytical skills;
Good listening and communication skills (excellent written skills);
Good time management skills;
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of English (Fluent : spoken and written);
Knowledge of Greek (Fluent : spoken and written).
