Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify learning needs of the target audience
Structure text massives, maintain project documentation and course folders
Do independent research, synthesis, and writing of instructional content on a variety of topics
Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Develop modes of assessment, such as quizzes
Create storyboards, indicating the interactivity elements and places where the illustrations are required
Communicate to Graphic Designers for visual elements creation, make review, add corrections
Identify appropriate modalities for content communication, including text, case studies, video scripts, glue text, graphics, infographics, and scenario-based knowledge checks
2+ years instructional design experience
Experience in using authoring tools, such as Storyline to create sophisticated adaptive learning content
Expert knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to : backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences
Advanced knowledge of assessing learning and program impact
Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and multimedia principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a team with highly-skilled and engaged colleagues
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; being a careful listener and good communicator (speaking and writing)
Passion, energy, a positive mindset, and a can-do’ attitude
Ability to research and collate background information from a variety of internal and external sources
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work independently, and meet strict deadlines
Track record of being reliable, responsive, and client-centered
Ability to build rapport and instill trust and confidence
Visual design skills would be a preference (Photoshop, Illustrator, Vyond)
HTML, CSS, Java Script would be a preference
Deliverables need to reflect proficiency in instructional design concepts, learning science, and multimedia principles
Flexible mindset and agile approach to deliverables; ability to adopt style to engage with different kind of stakeholders
