During this time TMT will need to learn operators duties as well as processes and technological base. High contribution and involvement into EHS, process safety and Food Safety programs are expected from TMT.
This part of training will combine technical knowledge and leadership skills development. The intention that showing technical capabilities, leadership skills and high level of engagement TMT will eventually grow into a Department / Location Manager in one the sphere of Cargill's worldwide operations.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Engineering or Food Engineering education( Food science, Chemical / Bio-Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Automation, Processing, Fuel / Biofuel etc)
Reasonable knowledge of technical spoken and written English (intermediate and above)
Advanced computer skills (Autocad, Excell, statistical programs)
Excellent social qualities
Sense of responsibility
Able to liaise confidently with people at all levels
High level of analytical thinking
Risk management oriented
High level of problem solving and decision making, with a focus on basic causes
Willing to follow and respect work and safety procedures, company policies and company guidelines
