An Equipment Manager role is responsible for maintaining the Client equipment, inventory list, updating equipment-related documents, and performing other activities related to client’s equipment management.
2+ years electrical engineering experience
Higher technical education
Maintain client’s equipment in a storage room
Good knowledge of electronic components
Diagnose, inspect, troubleshoot and document technical problems
Consult users on technical support
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Pre-Intermediate English level is the must have
Preferences : Logistics Management
Job Responsibilities :
Register new equipment
Return equipment to a Client per this instruction (initiate the equipment sending by submitting a request to the Program Coordinator)
Maintain equipment in working condition (readiness state)
Keep the Client Property Inventory sheet up to date
Conduct equipment inventory checks against an instruction
Be the owner of the documentation describing the equipment usage
Keep the Short Equipment Usage Instructions updated
Inform the Client, PM, and Program Director of any issues related to the equipment (misuse, loss, or damage)
