About us : We are a startup & a team of 12 based in US, Europe & India operating an International Webstore HQ’d in Atlanta,GA with satellite offices in Delhi, India & Kiev, Ukraine.

The absolute basic requirements are : 2 years+ Sales / Customer Service experience in a competitive work environment Extremely organized and able to communicate intelligently and professionallyCan multi-function and manage Time very efficientlyIs Internet savvy, knowledge of computers, eCommerce / online shopping trendsVery proficient in Email management, Microsoft Office Word and Excel (Google Docs)Able to work on multiple customer applications - Freshdesk, LIVE Chat and Phone (will train)Happy going Work attitude and positive approach to feedback, improvement, and growthEnglish - upper intermediateYour role and responsibility would be : Pre-Sales Customer Service : Assisting with products, policies and process inquiries via LiveChat, Email, Phone SupportSales Support : Assisting with placing order or payment processing assistance if requestedPost Sales Support : Assisting with order status, communicating for delays, answering any warranty or return related questions, and asking for feedback / testimonial on customer's experience.

Working conditions : Place of work : WORK FROM HOMEOpening hours : M-F : 9.00am-18.00pm / 14.00pm-23.00pm UA time & Saturday 4 hours (flexible)Training : free and compulsory training for 10 hours before GO LIVE.
