The project and the team
The project involves extending a platform which enables network observability and hybrid cloud monitoring.

The team consists of software engineers and an engineering manager
Our tech stack for the project includes : Rust, Golang, Python, GCP, AWS, Azure, Terraform, Ansible
We use Agile methodology
The client is based in the US

Your role
As a part of the project team, you will be responsible for :
Designing and planning tests for the new features of a cutting edge network solution
Maintaining and improving a fully automated CI / CD test solution
Automating test cases
Taking part in technical design discussions
Participating in manual testing
Delivering automatic tests for your code
Designing and automating a new environment configuration to extend our testbed capabilities
Validating the solution with the client (demo)
Fixing discovered bugs efficiently and effectively
Working in agile methodology and collaborating with a team
Do we have a match?
As a QA Engineer you must meet the following criteria :
Understanding of the test process and its role in the software development life cycle
Knowledge of at least one of the following : Python, Golang, Rust
Experience in tests frameworks
Ability to independently configure test environments and conduct test exercises in a creative way with a mindset for testing
Good abilities in writing unit / functional / regression tests
Experience with CI / CD tools and processes
Knowledge of GCP, AWS
Basic understanding of virtualization technologies with emphasis on Kubernetes, Docker
Knowledge of Git
Knowledge of Linux
Good communication skills, English (B2 level), ability to confront technical solutions with the team and the customer’s technical representatives to validate the solution with the client
