We are aiming to help them with this move and achieve the first ranks in line with other world-known Solar companies. Our goal is to digitalize the experience of end customers and our partner’s employees by suggesting, designing and building sophisticated E2E solutions demanded by the market.
We have been working on the Ordering application for client partners and CRM based on Salesforce for the last two years.
Now we are starting a new direction application for the customers. That is an important milestone for the client due to the launch of a new Solar product.
Salesforce is a core business system highly integrated with external business systems (ERP) and custom Partner and Customer portals (not Community Cloud).
Marketing process is managed and automated with Pardot. Lead, Opportunity, and Order Management are implemented with Sales Cloud.
Order / Project Fulfilment process is implemented with a leading Project Management tool, 100% native to Salesforce.
YOU ARE
A Salesforce consultant with at least 3-year working experience, who also has
Strong level of understanding of Sales Cloud out of the box features.
Solid skills in terms of platform app building Data Modeling, Lightning App builder, Process Builder, Flow Builder
Service Cloud experience (nice-to-have)
A concept of Agile software delivery methodologies such as SCRUM, and tools such as Jira
Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Proposing, implementing, and managing the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
Demonstrating solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
Presenting solution options to Client, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
Leading the Client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
Developing implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
Performing impact analysis for scope change requests, documenting changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
Participating in declarative system configuration when necessary
Providing technical and functional expertise to project teams
Design and participation in end-user acceptance testing
Engagement in training content development and Administrator and end-user training delivery
