An international american bank is looking for TTS Implementation Specialist.
Job Purpose :
To maintain smooth and undisturbed operation of the TTS Implementation Unit.
To ensure high quality service delivery for Citi customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Have in-depth knowledge of existing TTS Cash products;
To prepare and keep updated related documentation including process manuals and procedures;
Lead implementation of Ukrainian cash management solutions;
Continuously reduce implementation cycle time, minimize deal slippage & associated revenue conversion lead time. Accurately report project status, escalating effectively for "on hold" & slow moving deals.
Disciplined application of structured project management methodologies throughout the implementation life cycle, ensuring effective project control and delivery to plan.
Ensure strict adherence to defined quality standards & practices outlined in "best practices" collateral. Consistently achieve "excellent" rating in scheduled quality reviews.
Co-ordinate Sales, Product Management, Client Services and Operations partners to ensure client satisfaction - navigate bank on behalf of client, leveraging Citi's resources & escalation channels as required to ensure smooth delivery.
Ensure detailed & timely functional partner engagement leveraging defined tools effectively (e.g., CRM engagement)
Effectively manage client relationships and ultimately act as trusted advisor - particularly in relation to upper tier client base.
Enhanced client satisfaction should be reflected in positive client survey scores & documented during detailed post implementation reviews & case book write ups for future implementation usage & marketing purposes.
Attention to detail and comfort dealing with completing administrative work associated with solution delivery.
Continuously initiate & drive process enhancements.
Effective workload management / prioritization to increase capacity / productivity within the implementation team.
Effective maintenance & communication of MIS and project metrics. Provide ongoing senior management updates on key projects as required.
Perform strategic projects, as required.
Participate in staff forums & survey process.
Complete all mandatory & personal development training as stipulated by controls officer & team lead.
Ensure 100% effective MCA results & support all audit protocols as appropriate;
To perform other duties by special assignments.
Ensure the execution of the related to him activity internal control procedures and policies of the Bank and on the implemented internal controls.

3 years of Banking Experience
Higher education in IT / Finance / Banking
Ukrainian, Russian, excellent English
