An expert with 2+ years experience in designing and / or delivering Compensation and Benefit programs, tools and initiatives experience
Excellent in cooperating closely with multiple cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management initiatives
Effective in a large, complex, matrixed organization

Experienced with HR practices and compensation cycle management

Leading project on company salary ranges update
Development of high-quality analysis of internal metrics and market research results, in close cooperation with multiple stakeholders to implement changes
Support ad-hoc requests on benchmarks to new locations
Conduction of market salary researches for company world-wide, proactive identification of internal needs and close cooperation with external providers
Development of compensation-related change management initiatives for merit reviews and ad-hoc compensation change requests
Close cooperation with HRIS configuration team on requirement clarification and solution development
Development and delivery of communication strategies, guidelines and training materials related to Total Rewards processes implementation, conduction of workshops and educational sessions for internal stakeholders
