Create ads on American websites to look for drivers and communicate with people who are looking for a job
Search for drivers for a logistic company
Having interviews with potential drivers
Represent the company
Requirements for a candidate :
Only with experience in HR or sales;
Fluent English;
Living experience in the US will be a plus;
Experience in recruiting. You must be able and LOVE to communicate with people and be able to sell a position;
Present a position - like it’s a dream job;
Have to be able to convince people;
Ability to work with people, communication skills, tact, stress resistance, ability to learn, quick response;
A computer with good headphones and microphone, uninterrupted high-speed Internet access.
We offer :
Remote work from home for American company;
Full time from 3 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM Mon-Fri Kyiv time, 9am-5pm Chicago time;
Salary - $ 1500-4000 ;
