Developing and maintaining Talent Operations standards, best practices, key processes, metrics, and tools
Coordinating competency staffing demand in all locations
Providing consulting and mentoring to Talent Operations, Center of Excellence, and Delivery teams, assisting them to resolve complex issues
Initiating and supporting educational and ramp-up programs to grow our talents
Providing cost-effectiveness analysis for competency direction within GTО team
Helping maintain the expert network for internal and external interviews
Analyzing training needs to initiate and support relevant learning initiatives
Performing market analysis of competency in all locations
Improving and maintaining staffing strategy and processes and promoting these services inside the company
Collecting and analyzing statistics on competency demand, salary, expertise
