Job Purpose :
Position related to the operations of a company functional organization (Software Development Office), demands to ensure that organization services provided by office are completed on time, according to defined standards and policies.
This position requires a balance of high-level planning and direction and hands-on guidance to ensure that experts who execute services complete tasks according to schedule, standards and defined SLA.
In addition, the position requires administration skills to work on the development and maintenance of the operations infrastructure.
Software Development Office Administration includes work in several directions :
Daily administrative activities, established services support
Work on services improvement
Tools and Reports operation ensuring the integrity of information and generating reports in tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Documentation design and maintenance
Employees / Experts management work with networks, includes managing their load and extending them
Customers and company communication
Experience with facilitation, coordination, scheduling, and managing of internal and external resources or similar role is welcome
Understanding of IT outsourcing industry is a plus
Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Organizational skills, attention to details, commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information
Ability to independently manage task priorities
Highly service-oriented and responsible
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
Application of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
English level - Intermediate and above
Bachelor's degree or higher
