We are looking for a Leadership Development Facilitator to join our team and drive leadership development through assessment of leadership maturity, identification of development needs, design and facilitation of multi-formatted activities for senior and executive leaders (individual and group sessions, webinars, workshops, retreats, etc.).
A strong personality, confident, happy, at peace within yourself, demonstrating wisdom, patience, wishing to give, contribute and develop others
An experienced facilitator in leadership, management, and personal development with a focus on attitudes and behaviors (for instance, as a coach, a mediator, a facilitator;
it must be certainly more than a trainer of technical skills)
A knowledgeable expert in the assessment and development of leadership maturity
A perceptive communicator, knowing how to find out where people are and what they need to open for learning and development
An inspirational mind-changer able to stimulate others to become open, fearless, curious, and aware
Proficient in English (advanced or native speaker)
Adult learning, cognitive science, psychology, coaching, and training the trainers
Multilingual proficiency (Bulgarian, English, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, Ukrainian)
