Communication Skills (regular)

Responsibilities :

  • Custody over customer data collection processes
  • Gathering business requirements about collecting customer data and processing it
  • Creating business analysis and mapping for customer data measurement
  • Maintenance and development of event-related data models
  • Participating in customer data collection tests and results analysis
  • Research data discrepancies or missing data to maintain accurate data
  • Taking part in implementation projects for ex. Customer Data Platform, SDK
  • Cooperating with Nielsen and Gemius
  • Collaboration with Privacy Office, IT, Data and AI / ML Office
  • Requirements :

  • Data driven and analytical minded with attention to detail
  • Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data
  • Knowledge of customer data collection, data modeling and data analysis
  • Knowledge of SQL and big data querying
  • Ability to create and share vision and coordinate efforts to implement it
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to take ownership over customer data collection process
