We are looking for a new team member to join our team and enhance the company’s Recruiting department in the EU.
We want to continue to be a support for Ukraine and the team, so we continue to work and hire strong specialists.
To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who embodies our culture and will help us continue growing world-class teams for our Clients.
This role is all about bringing the brightest people on board as a core strategic driver of growth for different projects.
In this role, your mission will be to cultivate and develop relationships with new businesses, helping them to build, grow and scale IT teams.
You will autonomously build and manage a pipeline of clients in the Europe region, working towards strategic objectives, and you'll also be responsible for collaborating with the internal team to deliver market feedback and maximize the long-term success of these new customers and partners.

We just launched the MVP version of the platform that includes technical interview automation.
For Employers, it’s a platform to find, assess and precisely fit technical talents to a team. As a result, talent successfully stays with the team longer.
For Talents, it’s a platform to assess, improve and map one's own technical skills to an industry benchmark. As a result, get better jobs and career opportunities.
For Experts, it’s a platform to interview and assess technical talents using everyday language and community expertise. It’s a way for Experts to earn rewards and reputation for their contribution to the community.
The next step is to attract more new talents to our platform and help them grow professionally.
Job Responsibilities
Take part in designing and implementing processes and policies as a part of the Recruiting Team.

Minimum of Qualifications
2+ years of similar experience in IT recruiting worldwide
Successful hiring of Poland / EU citizens
English level - at least Upper-intermediate
Good sense of humor and positive life approach.
Location
Wroclaw, Poland, and Polish level - at least Upper-intermediate or Native level
