We are looking for a Software Automation Engineer!
Creates and delivers customer collateral, portals, documentation and knowledge transfer. Aligns technical deliverables to customer business outcomes.
Drives customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services. Complies with and supports company policies and processes and utilizes relevant tools to effectively execute the role and support Professional Services’ strategies and goals - Is all this interesting for you?
As a Software Automation Engineer, you will have responsibilities such as :
Works with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.g. account teams, partners)
Takes responsibility of task / project implementation
Captures and contributes to new implementation techniques and methodologies
Creates and reviews project deliverables
Builds and / or leverage test environments
Leverages software skills and tools to configure, deploy and / or troubleshoot Company’s products and solutions.
Assures proper and quick resolution of major customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies.
Collaborates with other Consulting Engineers in appropriate technology domains to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs
Collaborate individual contributors, managers, and customers
Typically requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent plus 3-6 years of relevant work experience
Requirements :
Experience writing code in one or more development languages, such as Python, Java, Bash, C++ or similar
Experience working in AGILE methodology and knowledge of tools like Rally, Jira
CI / CD knowledge (Jenkins, Go pipelines, Robot, Git, Artifactory)
Experience working with deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Jenkins, robot framework etc.)
Software Defined Networking and Network Function Virtualization (NFV)
Working with Open Source, both as a user and community contributor
Experience handling critical customer issues and working towards resolution
Certification in networking, service provider, security, data center or cloud
