About the Project : Our marketing department consists of 120 people who can sell snow to penguins and umbrellas to fish.

To achieve such results, we have all possible tools, including VIP support on Google and Facebook, and a budget of more than €4 million.

You can improve any of our IT projects, and it will lead you to success! If you are confident in your abilities, send us your resume as soon as possible.

You will :

  • Perform a business case calculation and financial results estimation of implemented particular marketing initiatives
  • Write technical specifications for developers to create functionality for monitoring and controlling financial performance
  • Develop and initiate price experiments in order to increase the companys profits
  • Confluence Documentation on Pricing Experiment Results
  • Control the dynamics of marketing indicators of profitability
  • Provid financial and marketing reports ad-hoc
  • You are :

  • Confident user of mathematical statistics and probability theory at work. Have a good understanding of the economic theory of pricing
  • Have an above average level of SQL knowledge (SELECT syntax) - sufficient to cover your own data needs by 80%
  • Have advanced knowledge of Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View, DAX) and Google Spreadsheets
  • Having skills in creating reports in Power BI or Tableau
  • Have a good understanding of the marketing and business processes of an e-commerce company
  • You can work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions useful for business on their basis
  • You are able to find points of growth / possible directions of optimization in the work of the company and formulate action plans for the implementation of changes
  • Attitudes towards an independent search for facts. You know how to deal with the uncertainty of the data. You know how to ask questions correctly and formulate clear answers to them
  • Ready for continuous development, expanding the range of professional skills and automating routine operations.
  • Knowledge of Python / R at any level is a plus
