GlobalLogic Ukraine is looking for an innovative, self-motivated, system-oriented designer who will think creatively and strategically, understanding business problems and using design methodologies to develop innovative outcomes.
You will play a leading role in a multi-disciplinary team of business strategists and research professionals who deliver service concepts, experiential prototypes, and go-to-market products to transform clients’ businesses and grow new opportunities for GlobalLogic.

Requirements :
3+ years of relevant experience in UX / UI or Product Designer position developing web solutions from scratch with a solid understanding of UCD principles
Fluency with standard design software (Adobe XD ,Omnigraffle, Figma, Zeplin etc)
Experience in Design System creation, maintenance and expansion
Work experience in an international team, collaboration with clients, and design, and development teams. Customer-facing experience communicating, presenting, explaining, and advocating your ideas
Communication skills to share and explain insights and results in simple and powerful terms to a variety
Pro-activity and the ability to be self-directed when needed
Strong ability to think technically and collaborate with the development team
Understanding of accessibility standards
Strong ability to think technically and collaborate seamlessly with the development team
Portfolio that represents your skills
English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Job Responsibilities :
Create and support successful web products ecosystem from research to delivery
Generate ideas and concepts based on user / domain research
Generate high- and low-fidelity prototypes for user tests, or for customers’ presentation
Work with project management and business analysts to frame requirements, make precise estimations, define and provide design deliverable
Design, maintain and evaluate a component library for main and sub-products
Prepare mock-ups according to system guidelines, accessibility standards, and design system
Argue and advocate design decisions
Closely collaborate with business analysts, and support the development team during implementation
