Your tasks will include :

  • Prepare training materials based on the HQ provided information and local goals set by marketing team;
  • Create, design and implement web-based classrooms;
  • Conduct face to face and web-based trainings classes;
  • Prepare training materials and personally train different audiences (Trade Partners : buyer, shop assistants, Kitchenists or Distributors sales force and customers, internal colleagues : sales, customer care / service, in-store team, new entrants if needed, external suppliers : agencies, partners and key influencers);
  • Continuously improve / customize existing training;
  • Liaise with customer support, existing sales, and other areas of the business to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Close cooperation with local marketing, sales teams and regional team;
  • Create local training packages according to marketing and sales priorities / plans (on-line & off-line materials)
  • Management of the budget dedicated to the product trainings.
  • We are looking for a talented professional with :

  • Min. 4 years of experience within the same field of activities;
  • University degree in Marketing;
  • Trainer, sales and marketing experience must have;
  • Fluent English;
  • Ability to understand brand power and impact on the purchasing process;
  • Ability to create dedicated trainings based on different brand consumer targets and different participants needs;
  • Understanding of purchasing process;
  • Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients;
  • PowerPoint good command, MS Excel - good understanding.
