Job objectives & responsibilities :
Medical content governance :
Content strategy development and alignment with cross-functional team
Leading traininngs on improving engagement level of med. content
Optimal multi channel content framework governance
Digital touchpoints content placement coordination, validation, efficiency evaluation
Conducts digital and multichannel "horizon scanning" both within and beyond the Pharma industry.
Multichannel Customer Engagement projects management, BUs teams support :
Lead cross-functional and cross-BU projects to improve multi channel communication excellence of Sanofi in Ukraine
Multi channel engagemnet project management
Lead annual Content plans development, aligning and implementation
Provide insightful analysis of engagement level of MCE projects on regular and by demand basics
Omni-channel impact evaluation based on predefined KPIs
Optimize and automatize of regular reporting communication efficiency in close cooperation with external suppliers
Suppliers management to ensure high quality and timely result
Managing Ad-Hoc request, providing analytical support to Brand teams, building an effective dialogue and cooperation with internal stakeholders.
Requirements to the candidates :
Experience : 1+ year of medical sphere (doctor, services for doctors), 2+ years of digital content creation and management (skills in video content creation is a strong plus)
Excellent analytical skills, good communication and presentation skills, result oriented, strong in planning & prioritization, emotional intelligence
Language : English - Upper Intermediate
Technical skills : video content management systems, MS Office (advanced user in Excel / Power point)
Medical education ans knowledge of Rx products is highly appreciated
