Local Unit & Position Description
Bladed is the global industry-leading wind turbine design tool used for analysis of onshore, offshore and floating wind turbines.
As demand for Bladed continues to grow, the team are seeking a Pre-Sales Lead to support the sales team, drive improvements to Pre-Sales and training resources, and help to promote the product to the market.
Key activities
1. Support the sales team during the sales process.
2. Drive improvement of pre-sales resources and processes.
3. Thought leadership.
4. Support our users.
Travel
The role has a global remit and, when permissible, will require occasional international travel to customer sites, other DNV locations, conferences, trade and industry events (approximately every 1-2 months).
Location and flexible working
The position is available at our main office locations of Bristol, London, Hamburg, Aarhus or Oslo. Other European locations with DNV offices may be considered for the right candidate.
This role, subject to individual agreement, is suitable for people able to work between 30 and 37.5 hours per week and is offered with flexibility on daily hours.
Hybrid working is now common practice within DNV, with a mixture of home working and office-based work for 2 or more days per week.
Position Qualifications
The role is suitable for someone with exceptional communication, presentation and organisational skills. The candidate should be an experienced user of Bladed or similar software, with significant experience with customer engagement, and preferably have an existing network within the renewables industry.
