Must have :
3+ years of experience as a Business analyst / Product owner
5+ years of experience in software projects roles
Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies
Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, UML, BPMN)
Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis and optimization
Strong attention to details, abstract mindset, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product
Good understanding of UX and design
Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering and solutions assessment
Understanding and ability to identify the customer need
Communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA and other Stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Ability to maintain knowledge base on the business needs
Ability to produce visually attractive materials
Good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
Advanced English (written and verbal)
Good understanding of integration process with 3-d party service providers
Nice to have :
Experience with Healthcare domain
Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders
Technical background understanding of object modern programming concepts, database design principles, etc
Experience in pre-sales activities as BA, experience taking part in or leading workshops

Drive Scrum team’s requirements as the Product Owner
Collect, define and translate business objectives and distribute to a Scrum team
Create detailed and understandable requirements, tasks, support functionality till production.
Interact with a team, organize product development, deliver product vision and functionality to the team
Backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories
Collaborate proactively with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers and Teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs
Management of both Internal and External Knowledge Databases
