Product Manager Responsibilities :
Drive product management in product discovery phases and relevant consulting for new engagements. Support business development and pre-sales functions at Intellias across entire product life cycle;
Promote product management inside and outside the company;
Act as a consultant : analyze pain points for target market, define urgent and pervasive market problems, gaps in problem-solution fit, and product-market fit.
Define business needs and goals. Propose product vision. Ensure that final result covers client business needs, client expectations on delivered value, and Intellias capabilities;
Identify ways to assist client's senior product management in product planning through providing market analysis, niche identification, ideas for customer segmentation and other parts of the product strategy within the delegated responsibilities;
Mentor other product managers, organize knowledge sharing and training programs, contribute to Intellias’ corporate knowledge base;
Contribute to cross-company product management competence and community with best practices, recommended tools, and templates;
Care about continuous improvement of internal and external customer satisfaction.

Specialized Knowledge :
Clear understanding of principles and specifics of software and product development life cycles;
Clear understanding of principles and specifics of customer development lifecycle;
Extensive knowledge of product management activities, techniques, and best practices;
Understanding of marketing to be able to perform market analysis, understand trends and opportunities;
Awareness of IT industry and digitalization trends for 3-5 previous years (desirable);
Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence);
Knowledge of prototyping tools and modeling approaches;
Industry domain knowledge (desirable, in automotive, location, finance, telecom);
Systems domain knowledge (desirable, e.g. ERP, CRM, IoT).
Skills & Abilities :
Very strong English verbal and written communication skills;
Listening skills, to understand what people say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say;
Strong analytical skills for critical assessment of information from numerous sources;
Setting clear priorities and time-management. Ability to handle multi-tasking;

Professional Certification :
Pragmatic Marketing or similar (desirable).
IT industry experience : 4 years or more, including collaboration with clients abroad;
Experience in product management : 4 years or more, including driving product ideation and discovery phases;
Experience in Agile methodologies : 2 years or more;
Proven experience in working with a variety of cultures, countries and time zones.
Higher Education :
Master degree in Computer Science or Engineering (desirable);
Business education (desirable).
