ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

  • Digital Marketing Manager will be a key member of the digital team with input into digital marketing and development suppliers and inhouse specialists direction and strategy;
  • will bring extensive SEO, digital advertising & platforms, as well as direct marketing expertise.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

    Own Ecommerce and tech roadmap to ensure consumer journey excellence in Activation

  • Lead local ecom and tech development, supporting commercial growth with products planning, deployment and integration
  • Manage 3Ps and integrations to ensure commercial efficiency
  • Enhance web / mobile consumer platforms performance to feed best in class consumer experience and category leadership
  • Drive and adjust digital marketing and traffic acquisition strategy to beat the competition

  • Coordinate mass reach and awareness campaigns, search engine and performance marketing tools
  • Enhance lead generation, conversion and inbound marketing initiatives
  • Setup and sustain cross-channel consumer engagement tracking, real-time analytics to power up the business

  • First class real-time reporting across all digital services and consumer engagement tactics aligned with organizations’ business as usual tools
  • Track and foresee user behavior and digital marketing tools performance
  • Adjust tracking as per consumer and tool performance insights, advance in data management and analytics
  • ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree (preferable in marketing or relevant)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • In depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and web mobile platforms performance management
  • Broad digital expert, preferably experience as head of digital; relevantmanagement position for a digital agency or enterprise
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to derive insightsand drive impactful business and marketing decisions, data analytics and visualization tools experience
  • Profound martech knowledge, preferably hands-on experience
  • Excellent English language verbal and writing skills
  • Advanced skills in team management and development (web platforms, traffic, search, direct database comms)
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced presentation & storytelling skills
