Beetroot is rebooting our marketing efforts in Europes new reality and is looking for a skilled marketer who will help spread the word about Beetroot to boost our recruitment efforts.
You will work globally, responsible for talent marketing in several key countries (Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Sweden).
Although Beetroot has Swedish roots, we are also a company that stands behind our 500 colleagues in Ukraine. We continue investing in Ukraine and Ukrainians, and your work is an essential part of improving our muscles to build Ukraine and create positive change in the world.
You will work in an entrepreneurial environment, remotely or on-location in one of our Beetroot Spaces. You will be responsible for Beetroots talent marketing as part of the newly formed global marketing team, where you will work side-by-side with other marketing managers (focused on other products) and internal specialist teams that will support you in reaching your goals : to bring in more tech talent to Beetroot Tech.
Responsibilities :
Drive partnerships and projects that help make the world a better place, and Beetroot a more attractive place to work
Plan activities and drive creative brainstorming of content for talent marketing channels to generate marketing qualified leads and grow employer brand awareness
Create global talent marketing strategy together with CMO and Head of Talent Acquisition based on brand and company vision
Create regional marketing strategies and plans in key markets together with regional teams
Identify underperforming activities and find opportunities through continuous performance tracking
Work both strategically and operatively to make sure goals are reached and cover areas where the team doesnt have specialist support yetit is important that you are excited by pursuing some form of specialist hands-on work.

Work with CMO and Head of Talent Acquisition to evolve value proposition and communication platform over time
What were looking for :
At least 4 years of experience with marketing or employer branding, and 3 years recently in a relevant specialist role in one of the following areas : content marketing, event marketing, PR / media, or social media marketing
Some previous experience with IT / tech or equivalent
Data-driven approach
Experience working in international organizations
Very good level of English and Ukrainian (both spoken and written)
Strong project management skills
Strong operative marketing skills in at least one specialist area
