In terms of extending collaboration, we are looking for a talented Project Manager to be part of the team. This position requires a proven ability to understand and implement the best project management practices in an Agile environment.
A Project Manager with at least 1-3 years of proven professional technical management role
Having a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent direction
Possessing 3-5 years of experience in NOC and / or System Administration
Skilled in working with international companies / clients
Experienced with Project ownership in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.), understanding of Agile (Scrum) principles
Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level
Great in verbal and written communications and demonstrating an aptitude for communicating complex technical concepts and information in straightforward terms
Able to scale teams and business
Showing problem-solving and solid analytical skills
Experienced in leading, motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging team(s) of engineers, including conflict management
Strong-willed, stress-resistant team player
Showing interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service

Managing day-to-day operational activities of assigned project(s)
Building and maintaining project(s) team structure to successfully meet project(s) goals and objectives
Leading and directing software development teams to deliver project(s) within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources
Managing Client's expectations, monitoring, and increasing CSAT level
Facilitating project-related client communications at all levels, including reporting to stakeholders
Technical writing, including various documentation, management reports, and metrics
Budgeting / forecasting / invoicing
Legal documentation, contracts, etc.
Ensuring the quality of delivered services and solutions from technology / architecture and functional / domain standpoint
Preparation for and participation in CLCAs after outage causing event
Conducting effective performance evaluations for project team members according to HR frameworks
Motivation, guidance, and coaching subordinates
