Senior Business Analyst Project Overview :

Analyze and document complex business processes;
Engage with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements documentation of the process to be automated in a manner that is understood by the business users and can be used to build RPA solutions;
Document and diagram the existing environment and dataflows;
Work with business teams to perform value analysis (ROI) for the processes;
Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document the current state of manual processes;
Facilitate sessions with stakeholders and business units to drive out requirements;
Ensure existing processes are efficient and identify changes as needed to ensure maximum efficiency;
Consider change management implications for implementation of new RPA processes;
Deliver key business analysis, using best practices and tools, for the design, solution and execution of medium and large automation projects;
Confirm Business Case and ROI details to be shared with the automation development team.
Requirements :
3+ years commercial experience in BA / BPA role;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across company and department boundaries at all levels;
Experience with translating user experience into instructions that developers can understand;
Ability to capture explicit details of business processes, sometimes to the level of click-by-click instructions and decisions;
Ability to recognize processes or pieces of processes that may be right for automation;
Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate information, identify risks and opportunities, while possessing creative problem-solving skills with an understanding of business concepts and models;
Proven ability to elicit project and system requirements;
Experience producing and / or maintaining business and / or data requirements required;
Scrum SAFe;
Ability to translate requirements into processes and development requirements;
Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and procedures;
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field or demonstrated, equivalent experience;
Working hours from 12 : 00 till 21 : 00.
