OpenShift (junior)
Cloud RAN (Radio Access Network) is a cloud-native software that supports computing functions in the RAN network. It will increase the versatility of network construction to accommodate different 5G use cases.
We are looking for Junior / Regular / Senior Cloud Engineer (DevOps) to join our Team in Poland.
Wrocław or remotely.
We expect you to have :
Network understanding and experience with IP network configuration
Experienced with DevOps mindset and this way of working
Knowledge of Server infrastructure
Scripted handling of OS installation on servers (Linux, KVM, etc)
Understanding or experience within Kubernetes ecosystem
Experience with virtualization and cloud based solutions
Experience in remote operations of infrastructure setup (servers, network, switches)
Able to investigate and troubleshooter network traffic
Skilled on scripting and automation of tasks (Ansible, Python,etc)
Baremetal as a service, Ironic for provisioning
System bring up (PXE, DHCP, IPMI) and configuration management (e.g. Ansible, Puppet)
Storage e.g. CEPH, Cortex, etc
Cloud native monitoring and observability (e.g. Prometheus, Loki, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, etc)
Tasks to do :
Installation, configuration and virtualization of OS and services
Creating home-grown solution (not AWS / Azure / GCP), which help customer to build a cloud environment
Running container services such as OpenShift or K8S
Management of different layers of services
Designing and operating PaaS on top of the infrastructure that we are going to manage
Scripted handling of OS installation on servers
Work with automation, Python, Ironic (BM provisioning); RedFish (for Idrac / ILO), automation (ansible), Puppet, PXE boot etc.
Operations of infrastructure setup (servers, network, switches)
Investigating and troubleshooting network traffic
Scripting and automation of tasks (Ansible, Python,etc)
Work with Kubernetes ecosystem
Cloud native monitoring and observability (e.g. Prometheus, Loki, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, etc)
