Nestlé Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for Buyer Support Services Supervisor , BSS Contract Management team in Lviv

Main responsibilities :

  • Work on implementation of S2P plans and objectives, in line with NBS Lviv and NGBS strategies;
  • Participate / contribute with Transition Leads on executing the roadmap for Solution rollout and obtaining the required knowledge to execute given tasks;
  • Sustainably apply People Practices the Nestlé way (Create Context, Select Talent, Develop People, Drive Performance, Recognize Achievement);
  • Supervise implementation and execution of team’s daily activities and functions :
  • Ariba event, Spend Analysis report, Industry Snapshot and Supplier Fact Sheet, E-Surveys, VAP PQQ, Vendor Evaluation Scorecards, RSA, Contracts Management, EasyBuy Catalogs creation and modification, MVRG, CCM;
  • Ensure compliance with Nestle standards and procurement practices;
  • Monitor, perform and execute the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI's); analyze periodic reports;
  • Drive action plans to correct deviations in services, process improvement and projects implementation;
  • Identify and lead the resolution of the issues in team that affects the performance or service in a cooperative way with the PSS Lead / Manager and the support units of NBS Lviv;
  • Drive and monitor assignement of roles and applications for BSS team;
  • Perform periodic BSS operation’s review with PSS Lead / Manager;
  • Perform Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;
  • Collaborate with specific IBP in implementing best practices of BSS processes;
  • Ensure the availability of updated Standard Routines due to legal or process changes; Coordinate work of accountant on SR updating;
  • Ensure compliance with Nestle standards including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points, adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices);
  • Ensure proper communication between Lead / Manager and the team during BCP procedure, organize work of the employees in other place, lead communication with markets, ensure proper quality and timeliness of activities performed and smooth operations recovery;
  • supporting BCP Coordinator;
  • Promote and support NCE Mindset among the Team. Leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of DORs / WORs / MORs / GSTD / FI / and other tools.
  • Main requirements :

  • University degree in Economics / International relations / Mathematics;
  • 2+ years of work experience in NBS;
  • Strong leadership, negotiation and presentation skills, adaptability to change, initiative;
  • Good analytical, communication and time management skills;
  • Ability to deal with stress situations and short deadlines;
  • Result orientation mindset vs. task orientation mindset;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP;
  • Upper-intermediate or Advanced English (both oral and written);
  • Source-to-Pay background (will be a plus);
  • Advanced English (both oral and written).
