Systems / Requirements Engineer Project Overview :
With our Client, a automotive supplier for sensor systems, we develop software to control a system of ultrasonic sensors (both basic and top level functions), with integration into vehicle system per Classic AUTOSAR.
A system built on such units to be provided to a major Automotive OEM.
We are looking for Requirements / System Engineer with strong automotive background to lead our activities in elicitation and elaboration of requirements.

Ownership for Requirements Life Cycle : Elicitation, Writing, Decomposition, Alignment, Traceability, Monitoring etc.;
Compose and maintain Requirements Documentation;
Close work with Architects and Engineers on System and Software levels;
Direct communication with Customer to clarify all Requriements in details.
Requirements :
5+ years in Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering or similar;
Understanding of Requirements Engineering for Automotive Industry;
Familiarity with Automotive SPICE;
Technical background : E / E Engineering, Software, Embedded Systems;
Experience with DOORS, Polarion or similar;
Ability and readiness to dive really deeply in details of each Requirement;
High level of organization of work and documentation;
Ability to coordinate between Customer and Project Team;
At least upper-intermediate level of English;
Well-developed communication skills.
Nice to have :
Familiarity with Functional Safety;
Experience in development of embedded software;
Knowledge of UML, SysML or similar;
Understanding of State Machines;
Knowledge of AUTOSAR Architecture.
Higher Education :
MSc or BSc in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Automotive Systems or related.
