handling inbound inquiries : searching for additional information about the companies, managing CRM database, maintaining corporate online chat, helping to solve sales issues;
focus on outbound prospecting : searching for leads and information about their companies in the specified regions and niches;
collaborate with Head of Sales to come up with new processes;
holding primary demos and preparing answers to clients’ questions about the OWOX BI;
be a key component in ensuring OWOX has accurate data to drive the strategy for our future growth;
use a variety of instruments (Email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users and decision makers.
Important background qualifications
experience in sales and customer support;
the ability to process large amounts of information;
Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level of English;
a systematic approach to solving problems;
having a strong desire to grow in the Digital Analytics’ field;
independence and proactive approach in work;
basic technical skills in website and web analytics;
experience with B2B;
understanding of commerce project management.
