About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Database Developer for fintech CRM solution, using MariaDB Database Management System to join our Information Technology team.

As part of the Information Technology team, you will be responsible for designing databases, implement logic. You will also be ensuring system stability, reliability, and performance.

What you will do :

Design and create tables, views, triggers, partitions, complex stored procedures, functions, indexes and other database objects.

Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.

Support extracting and transforming data using DTS / SSIS Import Export Data, Bulk Insert, BCP and DTS / SSIS Packages.

Configures automated proactive and reactive monitoring of database systems.

Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using MariaDB / MySQL.

Analyze database and system response time and determine optimization and tuning recommendation to improve performance.

Review and interpret ongoing business requirements.

Create new and analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.

The ideal candidate should have :

2+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role.

Understanding business processes of a financial company / collection company.

Excellent understanding of SQL programming (MySQL, MariaDB, Postgres).

Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently as well as a team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
