More about the role
The Total Rewards Manager provides expertise in managing and developing compensation and benefits schemes with a primary focus on Central Europe and CIS Countries (collaboratively CERC).
Additional support for Europe and Africa may be required. You will contribute to the smooth running of compensation and benefits schemes currently provided and make sure they satisfy the business needs and the legal requirements and other governance commitments.
You will also identify and implement any opportunities to improve future provisions so the schemes best meet the needs of the business.
We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset and strategic thinking and being able to articulate it into an actionable plan.
You need to be a strong communicator who can engage in delivering a positive and influencing message across the business.
You will work with key senior management stakeholders and create a partnership’ relationship with them.
LOCATION : Anywhere in Europe (preferably in Central Europe)
EXPERIENCE : Experience with supervision of compensation and benefits programs in Central Europe and CIS Countries; professionalism in personal characteristics and delivery, great communication and influencing skills
CONTRACT : Contract for 1 year
