In a Head of Sales role you will be primarily responsible for performance of all sales activities and efforts leading the company to reach its sales goals.
The main long-term objective of the role is to achieve sales targets for 100% revenue growth per year.
The Head of Sales role includes
Sales team building and management : lead, develop, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve the best results; setting activity and revenue targets;
Implement sales processes : sales lead qualification, trial sale, customer hand-off etc.;
Sales scripts development and implementation;
Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process;
Sales analytics implementation : main KPIs monitoring to estimate the teams efforts;
Evolving relationship with partners.
Our ideal candidate has
Proven experience in SaaS B2B in the role of VP Sales / Head of Sales and 2+ years in the sales manager position;
Deep understanding of Inside+Channel Sales methodologies and specifics;
A successful deal closing experience within EU / US markets;
Demonstrated leadership with sales team building and management;
Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new technology products quickly;
Creative problem-solving capabilities;
A strong get things done approach.
