American Trucking company Vista Trans Holding is currently seeking a Safety Specialist to join our team!

Job Type : full time

Schedule : Monday Friday (4 p.m 1 a.m.) / from office (the company pays for a taxi)

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and be customer service-oriented.

The specialist will be responsible for

  • Tracking the training process of the drivers;
  • Monitoring Driver Daily Logs and give employees immediate feedback and require corrective action;
  • Dealing with the employment verification by request;
  • Tracking DOT inspections / citations / traffic tickets and takes safety measures;
  • Keeping vehicle maintenance records;
  • Performs other tasks, as necessary;
  • Dealing with drivers’ paperwork / termination forms.
  • Skills / Attributes

  • Level of English B2+
  • Good communication skills, ability to work productively under pressure, high level of detail orientation, strong data entry skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Ability to multi-task and focus on details in a fast paced environment
