Local Unit & Position Description

  • We’re looking for a Senior Business Administrator for our Supply Chain / ESG & sustainability service area. We help clients integrate sustainability into their : core business strategy;
  • enterprise risk management; financial strategy; operations and supply chains acting as a trusted third party delivering a full suite of assurance and advisory services.

    We’re looking for an enthusiastic, well organised and practical person to take the role of Supply Chain & Sustainability Co-ordinator as part of a dynamic and growing team.

    Working as part of the UK team, this entry level role will take on responsibility for co-ordinating supply chain sustainability projects in UK and supply chain projects across geographical regions as well as supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day activities of the team.

    This is an exciting role for someone looking to drive process efficiency and independently manage supply chain sustainability projects for leading brands as part of a global business in a fast-paced team.

    You will also have the opportunity to work alongside sustainability experts to provide support on consultancy projects and other related sustainability services lines as well as providing support to the Area Manager for development and implementation of the 2022 Growth Plan.

    Position Qualifications

    Key Accountabilities :

    You will be expected to work across our range of sustainability services to play a key role in the successful delivery of our advisory and assurance projects including :

  • Supporting the Operations Manager with monthly and yearly reporting tasks
  • Coordinate the utilisation / revenue and profitability reports for the team
  • Work across various business units, both domestic and international, to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Co-ordinate our growing Supply Chain projects and audits in the UK and Africa
  • Ensuring project teams deliver to clients’ expectations, goals and target outcomes and to DNV quality standards
  • Provide support to the consultants in relation to the delivery of our projects including, but not limited to, project set up, invoicing, system data cleaning and project closures
  • Managing the Assessment mailbox and supporting with annual audits and governance
  • Working collaboratively under the direction of senior members of the team to deliver the team and business goals and objectives.
  • The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes :

  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent organisational, co-ordination and project management skills with the ability to work independently, manage own schedule and several tasks in parallel
  • Previous work experience in a supply chain, procurement, or account management role is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience working with a range of customers across different solutions
  • Excellent communication skills including fluent English - other European languages are a bonus
  • Communicates in a clear, open, active and honest manner and seeks understanding of other views to add value without becoming distracted from core goals.
