Position Summary :
Project Managers are focused on delivering services to our clients in experience design, development engagements, and continuous development projects.
Project Managers lead discovery, design, planning, scheduling, development, testing, and deployment efforts as well as be the focal point of communication for both internal and external stakeholders.
PMs are expected to be passionate, smart, highly-focused, dedicated team players who can be the frontline of delivery excellence to our customers.
PMs are involved early in customer acquisition through the entire customer lifecycle. A successful Project Manager at FFW will deliver projects within the expected timeline and budget while ensuring the client is successful.
This can be broken down into three core responsibilities : Client Success, FFW Success, and Team Success.
Project Managers are assigned to challenging and complex projects. PMs are responsible for ensuring that the projects they are responsible for are healthy and successful.
PMs provide a mix of oversight, hands-on leadership, and team leadership to exceed client expectations and keep their projects on schedule / budget / scope.
PMs also play a role in supporting the Account Managers in the long-term health and growth of assigned accounts. PMs are counted on to be independent and capable of evaluating / communicating project health, managing escalated situations, articulate issues to higher leadership, and then successfully execute mitigation plans.
Project Managers are responsible for managing their projects to help achieve FFW’s revenue and profitability goals. The primary drivers to achieve this are successfully delivered projects on budget and high utilization of staff.
PMs are responsible for effectively managing their engagement budgets to minimize overages, maximize revenue, keep assigned staff highly utilized, and assist the Account Management team in the growth and expansion of assigned accounts.
While the HR management for individuals at FFW is the responsibility of the Program Managers the Project Managers have a front-line, hands-on role in individuals' success.
The PMs are responsible for the effective assignment and day-to-day execution for each team member assigned to their projects.
This includes Developers, QA Engineers, Experience Designers, Analytics Engineers, and Solutions team members. The PM is responsible for a highly functional, smoothly operating team all working towards success.
