What to do : Develop and implement PinchukArtCentre’s digital strategy based on the strategic targets set out in collaboration with the artistic director.
The strategy needs to work across the board, with a special focus on social media. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for building a digital department team.
The head of digital will report to the artistic director as well as the executive and communication director. He / she / they will collaborate on a daily basis with the exhibition, education, research and communication departments.
Formulate a coherent general digital strategy across all channels Formulate KPI’s in line with the proposed strategy Manage the development, implementation, and budget for all digital projects.
Collaborate with curatorial, education and research staff to create engaging content that extends the visitor experience beyond exhibition.
Manage development, production, writing, translation and editing of all content on the PAC’s digital channels. Strategize and manage the use of mobile technology to enhance the visitor experience.
Propose, develop and implement digital partnerships. Manage and develop an advertisement plan for digital content Use digital metrics (e.
g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to optimize online advertisement plans Build out a digital team
