We are now looking for a Regional Sales Director to further develop and sustain our business activity in Ukraine.
Directly reporting to the Commercial Director your main responsibilities are :
Build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with clients (farmers and distributors)
Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with Business Units' objectives
Create and implement a business plan of territory development
Manage team work of Plant Nutritional Consultants
Prepare reports on regular basis
To recruit and manage your own team of sales representatives (plant nutrition consultants)
Usual business trips
Being a holder of a master degree in Agribusiness you have a successful experience of minimum 2 years as a Sales Manager and experience of managing the team
Your main strengths are orientation on results, analytical awareness and excellent organisational skills
Driving license is mandatory
Fluent English, knowledge of French will be a benefit
