Nestlé Business Services is announcing an opening for Training and Development Specialist in HR team in Lviv.
A day in the life of...
Assurance of training plan execution;
Cooperate with training and cources providers according to training requirements;
Organize educational events and follow up the training process, managing participant lists, attandance tracking,
equipment and materials assurance;
Follows up any learning interventions or program to ensure application and effectiveness of learning;
Conduct Core Curiccula trainings;
Preparation of reports (periodical and ad hoc);
TPMS system administration and reporting (PE, PDG, TA&SP);
Cooperation with F&C, PR creation for training needs.
What will make you successful
University degree;
Proficiency in English (intermediate level);
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular);
Attention to details, time management and organizational skills;
Ability to work with big volume of data;
Experience of work in Training and Development will be an advantage.
