YOU ARE

Experienced in QA processes, SDLC, and data quality

Proficient with integration testing using Pytest

Experient in writing test-related scripts in Python and Bash

Skilled in writing SQL queries of low to moderate complexity. Able and willing to understand and use more complex SQL queries, provided by data engineers

Showing practice in testing REST APIs (might be useful for testing AirFlow DAGs and performing requests to Dataflow during testing)

Professional in data processing pipelines testing

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

Establishing QA processes in collaboration with all stakeholders

Driving QA automation initiatives

Participating in developing acceptance criteria for user stories

Developing procedures for smoke and regression testing

Executing testing procedures in collaboration with developers / data engineers

Setting up and executing performance testing

Validating releases on QA environment before PROD deployments

Helping developers in test data preparation for Dataflow pipelines integration tests

Developing integration tests for ETL processes, executed with SQL scripts

Developing automated end-to-end tests for data sources (configuration, deployment, execution of Airflow DAGs) to validate the final outputs in BigQuery against the source test data
