Responsibilities : - Control and Organization Glaziers Locally Project Control- New Glaziers Evaluation and Onboarding- Proper Jobs Distribution Between Glaziers- Look for ways to improve the quality of your customer service.

  • Examines production activities from a strategic standpoint to ensure that goods meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other requirements.
  • Collaborates across production departments and roles with management and senior workers to create acceptable quality standards.
  • Quality standard testing and evaluation techniques are developed and implemented.- Communication between manufacturing divisions and management is made easier.
  • Examines test results and signs off on suggested adjustments.- Checks the efficacy, accuracy, and relevance of quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports.
  • Random inspections and quality control checks are carried out.- Executive leadership and, if necessary, regulatory bodies are updated on the state of quality control and operations on a regular basis.
  • Organizing, planning, and supervising everyday operations and duties- Performing a performance evaluation and finding areas for improvement- Providing staff with technical guidance and professional assistance- Ensure that all employees follow the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Book an appointment, deal with the scheduleRequirements : - 2 years+ experience as an operational manager- Fluent English speaking- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train staff- Understanding of quality control standards and methodologies- Understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software- Excellent knowledge of management best practices and strong managerial skillsWe Offer : - Independent Contractor- 9-hour shifts Monday through Friday according to NYC Time zone, with bonuses at the end of the year- Opportunity for rapid growth in the company- Professional progress and advancement of career- Practice English with the team on a regular basis- Sick days and vacation are paid; paid a travel allowance
