Strong both in dealing with regular system functions and resolving custom business cases, investigation, and implementation of large-scale initiatives (Gamification, Mobile, Recognition and Awards, etc.)
Expert Investigation and implementation of new processes (Library, Payment, Roles, Customizable Training, Evaluations, Individual-Oriented Learning, etc.)
Confident in digital enterprise and corporate technical systems
Experienced in creating guidelines & tutorials (for employees, managers, instructors, admins)
