Loans for Individuals Tribe lead

Accountable for the overall Product / Product portfolio Strategy and commercial outcome of the Tribe trough steady, frequent, consistent, sustainable Customer value creation.


  • The mission of Tribe Lead is to maximize the value of the strategic Product / Product portfolio towards customers.
  • He / She is the central point central point for decisions related to the Strategy of the Product / Product portfolio and its delivered value.
  • He / She builds and prioritizes product backlog, aligns Vision and of Vision at all levels (teams, top management).
  • He / She is responsible for the continuous improvement of the product team collaboration.
  • He / She is responsible for the P&L (costs, revenues) and quality indicators monitoring related to the strategic product.
  • Main activity

    Towards the Product / Product portfolio :

  • Elaborates the vision of the Product portfolio.
  • Guarantees that product strategy is aligned with company strategy.
  • Is able to take decisions on product, based on market knowledge, customer feedback and global environment.
  • Develops measures and monitors strategic customer-centric KPIs of the product.
  • Manages products KPIs, both financial and qualitative.
  • Manages product budget, entitled to take and execute decisions on investments for yearly approved budget.
  • Collects, maintains, updates and prioritises Product Backlog, based notably on : customers’ view and expectations, business line view, benchmarking, internal capacity
  • Facilitates feature refinement and prioritization of backlog for future Program Increments
  • Towards the team

  • Participates in Product owners hiring
  • Proposes and improves continuously organisational structure of the product.
  • Improves continuously the collaboration inside and outside the Product owner’s team.
  • Synchronizes POs activity with products KPI dynamics.
  • Orders the items in the Backlog to best achieve goals and missions.
  • Optimizes the value of the work the Tribe team performs.
  • Works together with other Tribe Leads to coordinate Opuses across Tribes
  • People Management of Product Owners
  • Synchronises the backlog of the product with the external requirements and projects.
  • Maintains proper communication about the product’s strategy and backlog.
  • Agrees resource allocation with involved departments and maintain the efficiency of resources usage CoE
  • Towards Sponsors and quarterly product committee :

  • Defines the overall product strategy and directions for its fulfilment in frame of the defined Bank's strategy
  • Maintains regular communication with sponsor and stakeholders to maintain a common vision of product strategy.
  • Identifies and approves relevant product KPIs, both financial and qualitative.
  • Ensures potential risks are communicated and visible and necessary escalation or measures taken for their mitigation.
  • Reports to QBR on budget, revenues, KPIs, issues, customers’ feedbacks.
  • Responsible for budget proposals and for the budgeting process.
  • Ensures that the Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the team will work on next.
  • Skills

  • Customer Experience : experience of work with clients, collecting customer feedback, NPS analysis, Service design tools
  • Product vision (at Opus / Feature level) : strategic vision of the Loans for Personal needs (all products starting from credit card to mortgage covering both B2B and B2C streams), knowledge of the market, competitors and client needs.
  • Understanding of the current needs and the trends in development of financing of individuals and cooperation with Partners

  • Product Refinement (at Opus / Feature level) : tactic vision of the steps needed to fulfil the Strategy of the product development, understanding of the current problems and key priorities
  • Product Outcomes (at Opus / Feature level) : understanding the P&L principles, cost and revenue drivers.
