We support SoftServe internal / external communication through correct, timely, and interesting written and graphic information, and by the development of all corporate benefits and events.
Creative. Ready to develop all-channel marketing campaigns (from the job posting to creating recruiting videos, developing e-mails and banners, coordinating social media campaigns, and more) to promote SoftServe competencies, projects, and people
Experienced. Having industry-related experience, 1.5+ year in marketing campaigns execution, post-analysis, marketing funnel building
Global. You will think globally and act locally as there are a lot of activities in Ukraine and communication with colleagues in Poland and Bulgaria
Organized. Having experience in planning, executing, and reporting for campaigns across social media platforms
Attentive. Able to analyze the performance of the channel, continuously explore platform possibilities (organic and paid), tracking competitors or benchmarks
Collaborating. A partner who values and builds relationships at all levels of the organization and within the HR Marketing team, a fundamental understanding of the role of transparency and teamwork
A pro with a good English level (Intermediate+)
IT industry-related experience (as a plus point)

IT market trends and staying in touch with main educational institutions to build fruitful collaboration and attract Hi-Po talents
