Our client is a major multinational mass media, and information company that operates in more than 100 countries in the Legal, Intellectual Property & Science, Tax & Accounting domains.
Project : Practical Law is one of the key assets in the program, which started rapid growth to facilitate the development of new class-level functionality to application, that will bring the possibility to make more well-grained research in legal space for Practical Law customers.
Implementation of automated tests based on existing Java solution
Automated tests maintenance, execution, and analysis of results on a regular basis (with a primary focus on Web UI testing)
Creation and management of testing documentation (test cases, defect reports, etc.)
Submission of defects, tracking their status, and retesting
Communication with product owners, development teams on the customer’s and EPAM side on the matter of requirement clarification, identified defects
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of and practical experience in automated testing (with a focus on Web UI automated testing)
Solid knowledge of such technologies and tools as Java, Selenium WebDriver, Junit / TestNG, Maven
Understanding of principles of Agile development methodologies (SCRUM), SDLC, and CI practice
Ability to take ownership for testing of a particular feature, work independently and report on testing results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with representatives of other teams on EPAM and client's end
Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B1+)
